Clinic Session For Adult and Junior Clinics

10 Week SESSION 1August 25-November 2nd
10 Week SESSION 2November 3- Feb 1st (3 Week break, 11/24-11/30, 12/22-1/4)
10 Week SESSION 3February 2nd – April 12th
10 Week SESSION 4April 13th- June 21st
MAKE-UP WEEKJune 22nd- June 28th

PAYMENT For Clinics:

  1. Payment is for the whole 10-week Session and will insure your spot in the program.
  2. Payment should be received 2 weeks before the session starts. If payment is NOT received before the session starts your spot in your preferred group is NOT GUARANTEED.
  3. There is NO REFUND after payment has been submitted.
  4. Methods of payment: Venmo, Zelle, or Check. 

PAYMENT For Private Lessons:

  1. Private Lessons can be booked as drop in classes any time or set weekly lesson times. Payments for drop in classes are due 48hrs prior to class start time.
  2. For set Lesson times reserved weekly, they will be paid by package based on the amount of classes your scheduled lesson has within a month, usually between 4-5 private lessons.
  3. No refund once payment has been submitted.
  4. 48hr cancellation policy for private Lessons.  Same day cancellations are charged or applied to a clinic group class.
  5. Methods of payment: Venmo, Zelle, or Check

$450/$900 (Tuesday AND/OR Thursday)

Junior Aces Competing Players (Green Dot 8-12):
$350/$700 (Tuesday AND/OR Thursday)
Time: 7pm-8pm

Young Guns (8-10) Orange Ball:
$350/$700 (Monday AND/OR Wednesday)

Tiny Tots Clinic (6-8 Red Ball) Stage 2:
$350/$700 (Monday AND/OR Wednesday)

Little Aces Group (3-6 Red Ball) Stage 1:

Round Robins

Make-up

  1. Make-ups for clinics are only allowed for days missed due to inclement weather. No self-imposed missed classes. Make-ups will be
    held the week of June 23rd-28th for all days incurred during the 4 sessions.

  3. If rainout occurs before/during private lessons, the class will be rescheduled.

INJURY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING at San Diego Ace Tennis Academy and The Rancho Bernardo Community Tennis Center (hereinafter program) OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY offered by San Diego Ace Tennis Academy and The Rancho Bernardo Community Tennis
Center, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I CERTIFY that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in the programs, activities or events offered by the San Diego Ace Tennis Academy and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in these programs, activities, or events onsite / offsite San Diego Ace Tennis Academy.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that this Injury Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by San Diego Ace Tennis Academy, its programs instructors, and their affiliates, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said programs, activities or events.

IN CONSIDERATION of my agreement with San Diego Ace Tennis Academy, and permitting me to participate in these programs, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as the follows:

(A) I WAIVER, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my TRAVELING TO AND FROM ANY SAN DIEGO ACE TENNIS ACADEMY program, activity, or event inside or outside of THE RANCHO BERNARDO COMMUNITY TENNIS . THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: San Diego Ace Tennis Academy and/or its directors, officers, or employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the programs instructors, activity or event holders, activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers:

(B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in these programs, activities, or events, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that San Diego Ace Tennis Academy (and The Rancho Bernardo Community Tennis center and) its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures, to act of any party or entity conducting a specific program, activity, or event on behalf of San Diego Ace Tennis Academy.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that these programs, activities and events may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death and serious injury. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by facilities, temperature, (extreme heat, slippery
ground) condition of participant, equipment, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of events, and lack of hydration.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that I am aware that there are risks to me of exposure to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from: an outbreak of any and all communicable diseases, including but not limited to, the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-C0 V-2)” which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that I am fully required to provide my own medical coverage and that San Diego Ace Tennis Academy will not be held liable for any expense incurred for treatment for injuries while participating in these programs, activities, or events.

The injury waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

The undesigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s participation in the programs, activity or events, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or ward, to the terms of the injury waiver and release of liability set forth above.
