Welcome to the Intermediate and Advanced Adult Cardio Tennis Class! This class is perfect for players looking to combine their love for tennis with a high-energy workout. Our sessions are designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness while improving your tennis skills in a fun and social environment.

Class Structure

Each session is a blend of warm-up activities, cardio-intensive drills, and cool-down exercises. Our experienced coaches will offer support and personalized tips to help you maximize your workout and improve your game.

Equipment

Please bring your own racket, appropriate tennis attire, and tennis shoes. We’ll supply the tennis balls and equipment needed for the cardio drills.
