Welcome to the Intermediate and Advanced Adult Tennis Classes! These sessions are designed for players who have mastered the basics and are eager to enhance their skills. Whether you aim to compete in local tournaments or simply want to elevate your game, our classes offer comprehensive training tailored to your level.

What You Will Learn

• Advanced Stroke Techniques: Refine your existing skills and learn advanced techniques, such as topspin, slice, and drop shots. We’ll focus on enhancing power and precision to make your strokes more effective.
• Strategic Play: Tennis is not just about physical ability; it’s also a mental game. We’ll teach you strategies to outsmart your opponents, such as constructing points and exploiting weaknesses.
• Doubles Tactics: For those interested in playing doubles, understanding teamwork and positioning is crucial. We’ll cover communication, formations, and tactical plays specific to doubles matches.
• Serve and Return Mastery: A strong serve and return can give you the upper hand in a match. You’ll learn how to serve with variety and accuracy, as well as how to return serves effectively.
• Match Play Simulations: Put your skills to the test with match play scenarios that simulate real game conditions. This will help you develop confidence and adaptability under pressure.

Class Structure

Each session will include advanced drills, strategy discussions, and match play. Our expert coaches will provide personalized feedback to help you progress and achieve your tennis goals.

Equipment

Please bring your own racket, as well as appropriate tennis attire and shoes. While we provide balls, you’re welcome to bring any additional equipment you prefer.
